Bound to one conception,
obstructed perception
Content in lies, even as the curtains fall and the truth is told

Awareness so limited by hearsay
Terror blocks the ears logic drowns in fear
Closed eyes, biased mind
Living in imaginery life
Sidestep, evade, everytime there's someone in need
Just close the gates of ignorance,
hide the world behind

Unwilling to notice contrast in entirety, black and white philosophy
Color-blind by desire,
prone to follow the leader

Thus inherited instincts lead the way,
chained together, marching sightless

Staying in the form, for it is the norm, abiding blindly to these vague rules
Without really understanding the reason
Castigate all that is different

Segregation or rejection
Stuck in a mold

So, deep it's rooted, smoldering inside the cortex
This is not the fate that we are bound to unnable to break these chains
Fate is not decided in our conformation
It is bestowed for us to mold as we desire

Judgement by the first impression,
significance only in self-regard
Then pondering and wondering why
the world is sinking

What is the truth in the problem the cause of the madness and start of this sadness

Will there ever be a dawn,
in a world without blame
This empire of hate

Discrimination will lead to our fall

Holding on to ways so ancient and basic,
it's time to face it
What is there to acchieve
with these acts of inhumanity
What good does come from this outrage and loathing, that keeps on growing
